Welcome 2011!! We were busy, busy in December but now we have a bit of time to take a breath as we get ready for this new year. Lots of new designs that are waiting for us in the basement, we will get to soon. Valentines is coming up soon and that is exciting to think about too..
Lynn had a new addition to their family this year so now, she has two little granddaughters to sew for. They looked precious in their twin Christmas tree dresses that they wore for the holidays. Those t-shirt dresses are so fun to make and the possibilities are endless as to what to put on them. We hope to do some spring ones soon.
Me, I still have my little grandson who is 2 1/2 and almost out of that window to wear embroidered things. His Mother requested some t-shirts with animals on them for him to have this fall, so Grammie was busy doing squirrels, dragons and dinosaurs for Heston to have. Will have to post pictures later of those.

- Jane and Lynn share a love for sewing, monogramming and creating new designs. We both have entered into new chapters in our lives. Actually two new chapters, the empty nest syndrome and the grand, best ever club called "Grandmothers". We have a new interest in children`s clothes with these babies being here in our lives and are enjoying creating bibs, t-shirts, little girl dresses and anything that can be monogrammed. We are still learning about our new commercial monogram machine. Even with the headaches that come from the unknown about it, we are having a great time. We look forward to the future, spending time with our new grandchildren and families and learning more about our machine as we continue to make new things daily. We thank our husbands who had faith in us as we were talking about this venture, and have supported us from the beginning...
